Q: My flight was delayed and I will be late returning, what should I do?
A: Phone, Txt or e-mail and at all times we will have excess to all flight information, once we have your flight number.
Q: What is the situation If my flight is delayed or cancelled due to Volcanic Ash Cloud?
A: We offer a full refund on your booking fee or an alternative booking date if your outgoing flight is cancelled due to Volcanic Ash Cloud. If your return flight is cancelled or delayed due to Volcanic Ash Cloud, we will continue to store your vehicle for you, until your return at no extra charge.
